Here you will find some of our projects which are still either on the conceptual stages or under development. This is where all critical decisions are made. Also, a concise scope of the client's needs and wishes is drawn so that the project requirement could be carefully reviewed and assessed by the various team members who will be ultimately be involved in the project.

Each custom residence is different due to its' scope, location, design style and ultimately because of the particular wishes of each client. In many respects, this is where dreams meet paper. Also, this is when a target budget is projected so that the demands of the project meet the clients' expectations.
